Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the See Spot Run Pet Health website ("Site") or purchasing any products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
1. Regulatory Compliance Disclosure — CBD Products
See Spot Run Pet Health sells hemp-derived CBD products formulated exclusively for animals. The following disclosures are made in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations:
Federal Legal Status
Our products are derived from industrial hemp containing less than 0.3% THC consistent with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).
Hemp-derived CBD products for animal consumption have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") as animal food additives, drugs, or dietary supplements.
The FDA has not evaluated any claims made on this Site regarding the safety or efficacy of our products.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in animals.
State-Level Compliance
The sale, possession, and use of hemp-derived CBD products may be subject to varying state and local regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction prior to purchasing and using our products.
We do not ship to jurisdictions where hemp-derived CBD products for animals are prohibited.
2. Use of Site

3. Product Use — Animal Use Only
All products sold on this Site are formulated and intended exclusively for use in animals. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:
You are purchasing the product for lawful use on an animal under your care or ownership.
You will not use or administer these products in connection with food-producing animals or in any manner inconsistent with the product labeling.
Veterinarian Consultation
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed veterinarian before beginning use of any hemp-derived CBD product, and particularly before use if your animal:
Is pregnant, lactating, or intended for breeding.
Is currently prescribed or taking any medications, including anticoagulants, anti-seizure medications, or other pharmaceuticals (due to potential cytochrome P450 enzyme interactions).
Has been diagnosed with a chronic or acute medical condition, including hepatic, renal, or cardiac conditions.
Is very young, elderly, or of significantly low body weight.
4. No Medical Claims
In accordance with FDA guidelines and the Federal Trade Commission Act:
No statement on this Site, in our labeling, or in any marketing materials constitutes a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Customer testimonials or reviews, where displayed, reflect individual experiences and are not intended as health claims or guarantees of outcomes.
All product descriptions referencing "wellness," "comfort," "support," or similar terms are made as general wellness representations only and do not constitute drug claims.
5. Third-Party Testing & Product Transparency
All See Spot Run Pet Health Co. products are:
Manufactured in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) applicable to pet products.
Sourced from U.S.-grown, industrial hemp in compliance with state hemp program requirements.
Subject to third-party certificate of analysis (COA) testing for cannabinoid potency, heavy metals, pesticides, microbials, and residual solvents. COAs are accessible via QR code on each product label and on our Site.
6. Pricing, Orders & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. See Spot Run Pet Health Co. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Modify or discontinue any product or pricing at any time.
Cancel, limit, or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected resale, fraud, or irregular purchasing patterns.
Limit product quantities available per customer or per order.
In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe described in our Refund Policy.
7. Subscription Terms
Subscription purchases are subject to our separate Subscription Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Subscriptions auto-renew at the applicable frequency and rate unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, product names, images, copy, and packaging design, is the exclusive property of See Spot Run Pet Health or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, See Spot Run Pet Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.
Any adverse reactions, injuries, or outcomes arising from misuse of products, administration inconsistent with product labeling, or failure to consult a licensed veterinarian.
Shipping delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers beyond our reasonable control.
Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless See Spot Run Pet Health and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your use or misuse of the Site or products; or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Florida, unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
